The settlement known as Woodbury is ruled with an iron fist by its self­‐appointed leader, the Governor. Ruthless and armed to the teeth, they prey on smaller, weaker groups of survivors while zealously defending their own territory. When Rick and the other survivors occupy the prison, they draw the Governor's ire, leading to an armed clash with this dangerous faction.
