This game represents a series of decisive battles between the Allied forces and the German forces in the Normandy area of France from June to August 1944 when the Allied forces landed in Normandy and marched inland.

Number of players in the game: 2-4 people
2 players: the German forces player and the Allied forces player.
3 players: the German Panzer Group West player, the German 7th Army player and the Allied Forces player. Or: the Allied British 21st Army Group player, the Allied Twelfth United States Army Group player and the German forces player.
4 players: the German Panzer Group West player, the German 7th Army player, the Allied British 21st Army Group player and the Allied Twelfth United States Army Group player.
