The Senior Staff Resource is a participation prize given to players who participated in the "Yesterday's Enterprise" episode Organized Play Event. It is considered a Resource, and costs a variable number of Squadron Points.

Each extra talent is assigned to a specific Crew and is discarded if it's associated Crew is discarded.
