The Senior Staff Resource is a participation prize given to players who participated in the "Yesterday's Enterprise" episode Organized Play Event. It is considered a Resource, and costs a variable number of Squadron Points.
When using this resource, every ship in your fleet can field an additional Elite Talent for every Crew assigned to it. Each extra talent is assigned to a specific Crew and is discarded if it's associated Crew is discarded. The total cost of the resource is 1 Squadron Point per extra Elite Talent that you field via the resource.
