Too Many Teddies! (2003)

From the box: "Don't tip the teddies! This matching game is a fun way to teach object discrimination and the rocking "bed" cardholder adds a fun fine motor skill challenge." Players take turns matching either color or number of buttons to the card on the bed. If the bed tips over, you must now add the tipped cards to your hand. The player who rids their hand of cards (teddies) wins the game. Teaches children colors, patterns, turn-taking, and dexterity.
