Each period of real-time hockey is one game of Fans de Hockey. Each card you play has a shot value. If a player gets a penalty, play your penalty card to earn 3 shots, if the player is a defenseman and you have the defense bonus on that card, you get an extra 3 shots. If your team has a power play, play your power play card and earn 3 shots, a goal card nets you 7 shots.
