Obstsalat (1987)

The game "Obstsalat" (=fruit salad) was included in Spielbox 1/87 as part of the "Spiel zum Herausnehmen/Game to Remove" series. The board is divided into 4 parts. Each part is the playing sector of one of the 2-4 players. Object of the game is to move all 6 playing pieces to the final space in the middle of the board. The first player reaching this, is the winner. Movement is done by throwing 2 dice, one normal die and one colour die. The normal die determines the number of spaces a playing piece can move, the color die enables the use of shortcuts of the appropriate color, though throwing black lets the piece move backwards. Jumping over pieces is not allowed and landing on an occupied space lets the piece go back to the start.
