The Mayfair Games' Limited Edition Promo Expansion Set #13 is composed of 2 expansions: Lords of Vegas: Skybridge / Building Boom / Card Sharp This adds a bridge to connect two regions together. The Sky Bridge ruleset begins the game with a connection, whereas the Building Boom allows for players to add Sky Bridges as an action. Villainy: Turf War After defeating the other villains, your team takes control of a key location in the city. This location gives your team some additional rewards.
