After this battle, Russians took their place as the leading nation of Northern Europe.
Battle of Poltava 1709 is a classical hexagonal board-wargame of low complexity for begginers in wargames. Russian player has to defend his position against desperate Swedish attack and provide shattering counterstrike after it.
