It is played with five dice.

Each player antes.
Taking turns they throw the 5 dice (or remaining dice).
The object of the game is to score the lowest amount by adding up the values of all five dice but counting 3s as zeroes.
- Each player rolls all five dice.
- Then they set aside the dice the player wishes to keep.
- A player can keep as many as he wants, but must keep at least one die in each roll.
- Once a dice is set aside it may not be rolled again.
The best possible score 0 by rolling all threes, however, if a player rolls all 6;s, it is called 'Shooting the Moon' and they instantly win.
After each person has rolled, the lowest score wins the pot. If there is a tie, then all yied players ante an additional amount and play again.
The winner rolls first in the next game..
