"Fun golf for the whole family. Tactics-Hazards-Excitement."
This Nelospelit publication likely from the 1980's (old Nelospelit logo) is yet another attempt at simulating golf as a dice rolling game. The board depicting a 9-hole golf course is rather large, and can be played twice for a full 18-hole course. The set of dice consists of six regular d6 - one for sideways deviation and five for distance - and one special d6 'putting die' with values from 1 to 3 which is used once reaching the green. Just as in regular golf, a player tries to reach the green and then put the ball into the hole with as few hits (dice rolls) as possible, while avoiding obstacles and hazards (water, sand, forest) which will either impede progress or cause penalties to the total amount of hits. The game can naturally be played solo, trying to reach the lowest possible par for each hole.
