The Battle of Kawanakajima is about the fourth Kawanakajima battle that took place in 1561, in which Takeda Shingen and Uesugi Kenshin clashed in Shinano Province (present day Nagano Prefecture) over territorial expansion. This game is a revival of Shingen vs. Kenshin: Blood bath at Kawanakajima released by Sho Kikaku in 1988 with a modern design.
