Dragon Quest: The Silver Tarot (ãã©ã´ã³ã¯ã¨ã¹ã éã®ã¿ããã) is a trick-taking card game featuring characters from the NES video game Dragon Quest IV (published as Dragon Warrior IV in North America).
The game is played over five hands (or deals). Players earn points by taking tricks (winning cards) during the hand, but a Silver Tarot Card is drawn at the start of each hand to determine which cards or tricks will count as penalties to avoid. Capturing penalties causes a player to lose points. At the end of five hands, the player with the most points is the winner.
The game is extremely similar to the card game Dragonmaster with minor gameplay differences.
