Ben 10: Aliens vs. Villains (2007)

From the box: 'Use the powers of thge Omnitrix to defeat Vilgax and other intergalactic villains!' Let the challenges begin as you travel along the game board until you land on a villain. Can you become the alien you need to be to defeat it? Use the Omnitrix card and you'll see what alien you are. If it has the power number you need, the battle begins! If you're victorious you take the villain. The first player to defeat four villains wins...but watch out! If one of your opponents gets a malfunction card, they may use it against you later in the game to make you lose a turn.
