From the introduction: Dented lockers herded the crowded halls. Stark metallic hallways faintly scented with sweat and despair. Forgotten posters may have once provided color to these walls but they faded away with neglect to become more of the same monotony. Down the hall you drifted, aimlessly, robotically, the way you usually shuffled to class. This was a day like any other. That sucked.
