The color of the pieces represents one of the four symbols on the GO-G0 board. Each player places his four pieces in his inner starting zone from which all pieces must go over the entire GO-GO track - in the direction of the arrow — into the outer goal zone. To start into the GO-GO-track a player must throw either a two, four or six. The piece advances as many spaces as the die shows. A player with a six is allowed an extra throw with which he can either advance his starting piece or start a second piece on the G0-G0 track. If a piece lands on a occupied space the piece on this space is knocked out and must start from the beginning again. An exception is a piece on a crossed space, these cannot be knocked out. Further barriers can be built on the eight crossed spaces of the track. No pieces are allowed to jump these barriers.
