"Quibbit! Quibbit!" The frogs are croaking loudly over each other, and their pond is in a flurry of commotion because today is the day the king of frogs will be chosen.
King Frog is a fast-paced game about frogs moving around the pond. Players try to stay in the game for as long as possible and to land on the right spot. Spatial thinking, clever planning, and a bit of luck make this an engaging game for two to four players.
In more detail, players select cards from their hand to move their frogs around the pond, hopping over any frogs in the way, with lower cards getting priority. If you land on a lily pad of your color, you put your card back into your hand. Otherwise, you discard your card. If someone runs out of cards, they are eliminated from the game. The game also ends as soon as the person in front (the king frog) hops over the person in last place, in which case the king frog wins.
