Le Ndem ! (2023)

“Le Ndem !” whose name is taken from Cameroonian slang meaning “to have worries” or “to mess around”, is a board game that skillfully combines creative challenges, collaborative actions, and fun trials. Designed to be accessible to all ages, it is played with a die, eight pawns representing symbols of luck, and a 40-square board full of surprises. The goal is to be the first to reach the end of a course strewn with obstacles. Players advance their pawn according to the result of the die and must follow the instructions of the square they arrive at; Sometimes, they must undergo a fun test: say a difficult text, sing, dance, etc. Sometimes, they are required to change the position of the pawns, etc. The aim of the game is to create a friendly atmosphere between the players rather than to win.
