Mad Scientists (2003)

"Board game for 2+ players. Science Fiction theme. Players are Rival Mad Scientists bent on World Domination. Victory: Destroy all Enemy Bases." The game is played on a chess board or any other 8x8 grid. There are four types of counters in the game - Units, Bases, Modifiers, and Specials. The players each receive one base at the start of the game. Every turn the players receive two counters, drawn randomly from a pile. Some counters add to the player's offensive capabilities, while others represent new bases and improvements for bases.
