A 24 page softcover expansion to A Call to Arms: Babylon 5 Space Combat this book adds the Dilgar to the game. The book contains a brief history of the Dilgar focusing on the Dilgar War as well as providing the game details for the fleet and special rules used by the Dilgar. Note there are no scenarios in this book.
