Mulan Magical Board Game (1998)

(Text from back of Box) "An ancient Chinese legend is magically transformed into an unparalleled adventure bursting with action, emotion and lots of laughs in Disney's heralded 36th animated Classic MULAN." The object of the game is to be the first player to take your character playing pieces, one by one, out of your scoring banner into the center of the board, finding the quickest route, and stacking them on the character space. You will then collect, one by one, all of your Battle Flag Pieces and place these in your plastic stand, and return them to your scoring banner (again, finding the quickest route). Players can only enter the board center through their colored 'Mushu' square. On each turn, players spin the arrow and move in any direction the number shown. Instruction square - follow the instruction Your colored square - jump to a corresponding colored square anywhere on the board Land on a dragon space- move along the dragon body in any direction Game plays with 2-4 young players, running approx 30 minutes. Believe this game was a promotional item shipped from one retailer with copies of the first VHS release in the UK.
