Adversaries is a series of supplements featuring new villains to use in your campaigns. The theme of this "issue" is villains who work for hire, profit, or for a government paycheck. A bounty hunter armed with high tech gear once used by a Golden Age villain... A private military contractor turned into metahuman covert operative... A nobody left an incomplete suit of powered armor by his great-grandfather... An agent of North Korea armed with alien device... A renegade soldier (and Cartel plant) wearing a prototype Battle Suit... A former supervillain turned metahuman for hire... A technical prodigy with a light refracting suit who works as an industrial spy... A former Triad enforcer with the ability to fire explosive blasts (and a personality to match!)... These characters don't care about conquering the world, but they do have one thing in common: They get paid for their services.
