This is a themed version of Uno based on the Cartoon Network animated series "Hi Hi Puffy Amiyumi." This version of Uno comes with a special Rock-'n'-Swap wild card. The player who plays the Rock-’n’-Swap card can trade hands with any player or cause any other two players to swap hands. A Rock-’n’-Swap card can be played at any time - even if the player has another playable card in hand.
