This is a set of two promo cards, that came with the Bjorn miniature, which itself is not part of the game.
The set consists of a gear card and a glossary card that explains its use.
The Bitter Beatcloak is an accessory that says: When the monster deals damage to your body hit location, it gains a blight token.
The effect of the blight token is explained on the living glossary card.
