The Blocked Door promo card for ICECOOL came as a reward for certain backers of the Dized Kicktarter campaign on December 2018.
Rules:
At the beginning of the round, current catcher takes the blocked door card and slides it in between two boxes to close any door of his choice.
The door stays closed until a penguin (even the catcher) bumps into the blocked door card. This penguin may then move the blocked door card to any other door between two boxes.
