"This is a strategic level wargame for 3 to 7 players based on Three Kingdoms era in the Chinese history.
The game title "sei ki hei kuu" is Japanese pronunciation of "ææè½ç©º" (Mandarin Chinese pronunciation is "jÄ«ng qí bì kÅng"). This phrase means "many (military) flags obscure the sky". This phrase is quoted from "Former Ode on the Red Cliffs" by chinese poet Su Shi.
