"This is a strategic level wargame for 3 to 7 players based on Three Kingdoms era in the Chinese history. The game title "sei ki hei kuu" is Japanese pronunciation of "旌旗蔽空" (Mandarin Chinese pronunciation is "jÄ«ng qí bì kōng"). This phrase means "many (military) flags obscure the sky".
