In the board game 'Singapore', players are rich merchants developing a small outpost into a metropolis. Each round, they acquire land, erect buildings, and use workers to take actions and trade resources. Players must balance legitimate business with risky black market activities and opium trade to maximize profits without getting caught by the police.
