Adaptation of the Hail Caesar rules for naval battles in the Ancient World.
Hail, Agrippa! simulates the big battles of antiquity. Players are admirals commanding several hundred ships.
Distance are for 1/2400 but other scales can be used 1/200 1/600 1/3600
Both fleet should be based in a similar way.
It also includes 2 campaigns: Massilia 49BC and the Battle of Actium in 31BC
The rules were published in Wargames - Soldiers & Strategy #66 and are available for free on their website.
