Jump (2009)

Each player places eight pieces in the two positions in front of him. The first player and the second player take turns moving one piece at a time. Pieces can move forward and diagonally one square. They cannot move sideways or backward. If there is a piece (friend or foe) in the direction of advance, the player can jump that piece to advance. You can jump any number of pieces in a row, but you cannot jump over a piece if there is no square in front of it. You may not move a piece once it has entered the opponent's position. Passing is not allowed. If a player runs out of legal moves to move his/her pieces, he/she loses the game. The winner is the first player to move all of his or her pieces into the opponent's position. The interesting part of the game is this, If you don't think about where to move your pieces into your opponent's position, you will end up with pieces that cannot move into your opponent's position. (You lose). If you move up faster than your opponent, you may lose the game because you have no legal moves at the end of the game. 各々８枚の駒を手前２段の陣地に配置します。 先手後手交互に1駒づつ駒を動かします。 駒は前と斜め前に1マス進むことができます。横と後ろに動かすことはできません。 進む方向に駒（敵味方とも）があれば、その駒をジャンプして進むことができます。 連続している駒は何個でもジャンプできますが、飛び越えた先にマスが無い場合はジャンプできません。 いったん入った相手の陣地内で駒を動かすことはできません。 パスはできません。途中で駒を動かす合法手がなくなった場合は負けとなります。 全ての駒を先に相手の陣地に入れた人が勝ちです。 面白いところは、 相手の陣地に上がる場所を考えないと、上がれない駒が出来てしまいます。（負け） 相手より早いペースで上がってしまうと、終盤に合法手が無くなってしまい負けてしまうことがあります。 —description from the publisher
