Hypothetical 1945 naval conflict around Panama Canal in which the Axis have conquered all of the world except North and South America.
Uses the Victory at Midway: Turning Point of the Pacific War, June 1942 system slightly adapted to the larger scale of the campaign (for example, there are no DD units - they are assumed to be wrapped into the larger ship units).
