Doctrines allow you to lead your block by following doctrines, each with strengths and weaknesses. 5 specific Mission cards, 15 Doctrine cards, 5 Locked Technology tiles. Leaders allow you to strengthen your block by calling to your side the great leaders who marked the Cold War. 5 specific Mission cards, 15 Leader cards, 15 Leader Control markers. Finance allows you both to gain more resources and to have more flexibility in managing them. 5 specific Mission cards, 1 Finance board.
