Now you command Soviet and NATO forces during the first battles of the Third World War. Seven scenarios give you the opportunity to explore the desperate fighting in the Eisenbach Gap and Gerzenburg. Dawn's Early Light: Red Hammer is the 2nd expanded edition of Dawn's Early Light and now includes the High Noon at Gerzenberg expansion from Line of Fire magazine #10. Dawn's Early Light Red Hammer is set in a hypothetical 1985 as World War 3 starts. The game uses variable initiative, support element chit pulls, and a novel combat resolution mechanic to create a game modeling the lethality of the modern battlefield with a minimum of rules overhead.
Dawn's Early Light Red Hammer has been refined, corrected, and polished. This edition has updated game manual, counters, player aid card and map. The game map is now printed on a heavy paper stock in vibrant color and also includes a newly designed full-color box. Players can control forces of America, Canada, West Germany and the Soviet Union.
Dawn's Early Light Red Hammer is easy to learn and play in an evening, so get ready to play.
