The woman who fell to her death from Hotel Nyao (Toriso) overlooking Yokohama Port was “Canary,” an undercover operative of the CIA who had been assigned to the terrorist organization ! Why did she die?
What is the connection with the terrorist plan that is being planned for the first time in 12 years? In order to pursue the ‘truth behind Canary’s death’ and prevent terrorism, two CIA operatives and two public security police officers begin an investigation.
