Racial Parameters are given for each in a comparison table, with humans average 300 out of 1000 for each of the six statistics given - STR, DEX, CON, SPD, PSI, and EMP. Planet statistics for all races are given also. Conversion notes are given for Traveller, Space Patrol, and Space Quest.
