Rex was an independently published game made by Mag-Nif, 8820 East Ave. Mentor, Ohio, in 1982 (I wonder what's there now?). In many ways, the Gigamic games owe something to this one. In Rex, players stack colored balls onto nine pegs, one each per turn. The goals are to get three balls a) vertically on any one of the pegs b) horizontally on any level in any one row c) diagonally within any one row d) at the corners. It's not as confusing as it sounds once you read the instructions printed on the back of the box. Neat game. Probably didn't sell well. Ahead of its time I presume. Similar to: Score Four
