"This game is played with a standard deck of cards, including two jokers but without twos, threes and fours. Each player is dealt 14 cards. The two players with the same number of jokers are partners, the third player is the soloist. But players do not know this until enough jokers are played. The object of the soloist is either to win the middling number of tricks (for example, four if one partner wins five or more and the other three or fewer), or to force the partners to win the same number of tricks each. This means he can win with 14 tricks if they both win none, or with none if they both win seven. Tricks are played and the trick is normally taken by the second-highest card of the suit led, or by the leader if nobody follows suit. If a Joker is played, its player may decide who wins the trick. If both are played at the same trick, the soloist decide who takes the trick. Jokers cannot be led unless there are no other cards in hand.
