A fast-paced strategic board game set in a post-apocalyptic future. Resa City fuels the players' excitement by encouraging gameplay through racing mixed with strategy and combat. All methods of play affect players' chances at outwitting or outracing others on the board.
The game is broken into several turns;
1) Choosing technology that assists in the race
2) Placing obstacles on the track - the board plays against you on every turn randomizing obstacle placement and giving the obstacles technology and weapons actions against racers.
3) Racing; where all players use their advantages from garnering tech to move faster or combat other racers around a track.
The game uses dice, cards, and pieces for movement to win. Winning is determined by who finishes first, if at all.
