Players gradually explore the galaxy, colonize planets, mine resources, and upgrade their fleets with modules and technologies. The game’s economy is driven by the market value of Necronite, the primary currency of the galaxy, allowing players to pursue different strategies—ranging from aggressive expansion to technological advancement, diplomatic negotiations, and secret missions. Each game presents a dynamic and evolving situation where players must react to their opponents’ actions and the unpredictable rise of darkness, which threatens to consume the known universe. The objective is to either complete your faction’s secret mission and secure its survival or achieve dominance through military, economic, or political supremacy.
