"Para - Leader introduces paratrooper and glider carried units to Panzer Leader and Panzer Leader 1940 in 10 new scenarios (situations 31 - 40).
The game adds rules conserning the drop of paratroopers and gliders while it introduces the concept of sticks (small units that comrpise, when matched together, a regular paratrooper unit).
Although the "Designer's Notes" in Panzer Leader state the difficulties regarding the tactical simulation of paratroop action (mainly because of the lack of proper intel) the designer of Para - Leader refers to this arguement as "not completely valid" due to the fact that all units on the board are open to both players thus, self negating this military inteligence chaos.
