The tiles are double sided and, except for the Money tile, you use a random side in each game.
The two sides are "MAX" and "1".
You also only use a random 4 tiles per game.
Every time you erect a building you check if you can claim one or more Grand Master Tiles.
The requirements depend on which side of the tile shows.
You can steal MAX tiles if you have more the the required items than the current owner.
Grand Master tiles are scored at the end of the game.
In general it is 4 points to the owner of the tile and 2 points to the player who has the 2nd most number of required items for that tile.
Details vary depending on if you are playing with the MAX or the 1 side.
The Money tile scores a bit differently depending on the number of players.
