Each player chooses a balloon, takes it and inflates it. Each player has a maximum of one minute to inflate their balloon. Once the balloon is inflated, the player must put it on the table. If the balloon is not inflated after one minute, puncture it. If the balloon is not on the table after one minute, puncture it. The player whose balloon is the last to deflate completely wins the game. —description from the designer
