2 Kings is a 2 player card game played with 2 sided cards. Each card has 2 military icons (top and bottom of card) and 2 negotiation icons (left and right side of cards). The game is played in 2 phases: collecting your army, then the battle.
In part 1 of phase 1, players draw a card from the 15 card Nobles deck and place them into a diamond shaped grid to form the disputed land. In part 2, players will move their King card through the land to form allegiances with the nobles by matching icons on the sides of both cards. At the end of phase 1, each player will have their army of 5 to 7 nobles.
In phase 2, players will create 3 battle lines to battle each other. The winner is the player who wins at least 2 of the 3 battles.
2 Kings is played with 18 cards, no other components. The game is completely free of any text, no reading is required.
2 Kings is an entry in the Boardgamegeek 2016 18 card PnP Contest.
