"Combin(es) the skill of both chess and checkers with a new and tantalizing element of chance."
The board is an elongated checkerboard of two distinct colouring patterns, with several zones added in the centre and some out-of-bounds zones. Each player is provided with 10 pawns, which have movement rules similar to bishops in chess. An element of chance is introduced through dice rolling as well.
The box title is TAK TICS, while the Rule Book is labeled TAC TIKS
