Have fun stretching with Yoga Dice! This cooperative movement game helps children learn the practice of Yoga while increasing flexibility and focus. Players roll the dice and choose a pose to hold together as a group. If everyone can hold the pose for the number of breaths rolled on the breath die, they advance a color token along the track. But if a focus symbol is rolled, the group loses some of its focus and the focus token advances! If all the color tokens cross the finish line before the focus token, everybody wins! Includes 36 poses to try.
