Toppa (2024)

Toppa is a minimal 2 player tabletop game that can be surprisingly strategic. With super fast set-up and quick gameplay (each game only lasting 5-10 minutes). Every Toppa game starts with players setting up the board their opponent will start the game with, placing 9 color chips (3 of 3 different colors) into the 3x3 grid and covering them with the stackable checkers. Saving the 3 extra checkers for later potential gameplay. Once that's done, players exchange boards. The object of the game is very simple, find the 3 green chips in the board in front of you. With each color you reveal, a new action or event happens. Reveal a green chip. One step closer to winning! 1st Red chip revealed. Rotate the board in front of you 90 degrees. 2nd Red chip revealed.
