Koromo Japanese workshop is an educational game of Lean Management. Players take on the role of the owner of the garage, which is still working to bring the greatest gains. The game allows you to familiarize yourself with concepts such as efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.
In each round, players perform moves in two rounds. In the first round followed by perfecting his workshop in three categories (quality, productivity, order). Such an action requires an adequate number of points of knowledge from the player. Points knowledge obtained at the beginning of the game and wins throughout its duration. In the second round, each player receives one car repair order, which is placed on the player board (workshop). The player uses their moves (moving pawns) to repair the damaged car best. The game ends when one player accumulates the appropriate number of experience points (20). Experience points are awarded for the improvement actions and repaired cars.
