"User summary
Blood 'n' Guts is a dark humour sports game for the Commodore 64. It carries the subtitle "The Barbarian Decathlon", and is in line with the sports game of the time; namely a series of mini game events, such as 100 meter dash, long jump etc. The difference was that in Blood 'n' Guts, all events invariably resulted in death for someone or something. The events included Beer Drinking, Cat Throw, High Jump (from a tower), Axe Throw (at each other) and a balancing act where the loser fell from a mountaintop.
