The game presents all phases of the Battle of Kock, the battle for the Brest fortress, as well as a hypothetical scenario of the German-Soviet conflict in 1939. Although the game is a standalone title, it can be combined with other games of the September 1939 system (W-39), thus creating one big game about the entire Polish Defensive War of 1939.

The Battle of Kock was the last battle during the invasion of Poland in 1939. It took place between 2 and 5 October, 1939, near the town of Kock, Poland. During the battle, the Polish Independent Operational Group Polesie, commanded by General Franciszek Kleeberg, fought against the German XIV Motorized Corps, under the command of by General Gustav Anton von Wietersheim.

This game uses the W-39 system developed by Taktyka i Strategia.
