Players take on the role of families planning their grocery shopping and meals for the next seven days of the week. Each round, they buy groceries at the market, compose meals, and take care of the well-being of their family members. Players earn points for a properly balanced diet and good management of their own time and money. At the same time, they must remember to minimize the waste left over from preparing meals and to meet their family's different daily and weekly goals. The player with the most points after seven rounds wins.

Gracze wcielają się w rodziny planujące swoje zakupy spożywcze oraz posiłki przez kolejne siedem dni tygodnia. W każdej rundzie kupują artykuły spożywcze na targu, komponują posiłki i dbają o samopoczucie członków swojej rodziny. Za właściwie zbalansowaną dietę oraz dobre gospodarowanie własnym czasem i pieniędzmi gracze zdobywają punkty. Równocześnie muszą pamiętać o minimalizowaniu odpadków pozostałych po przygotowaniu posiłków oraz spełnianiu różnych dziennych i tygodniowych celów swojej rodziny. Gracz z największą liczbą punktów po siedmiu rundach wygrywa.
