Players are spies, blindly choosing a nationality that will be hidden from others. Taking turns, players roll a die or use movement cards to circle the board. When a player lands on a colored "guess" space, they may guess the hidden identity of any other player who is currently located on the same colored guess space located anywhere on the board. If a player's identity is revealed, they are out of the game. The last player remaining is the winner.
